Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products, as they are made-to-order and therefore final sales. 

Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed. If you placed an order for an incorrect item or with wrong information, please reach out to us at customercare@shopmrsg.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to make changes to the order after the 24-hour period.

Exchange Policy
Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges for different sizes or colors. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart and product details before making a purchase. If you need assistance, please contact customer support at customercare@shopmrsg.com before placing your order.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team at customercare@shopmrsg.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and receiving a replacement.

Customs & Duties – Non-Payment
All international shipments (outside of India) are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Failure to pay these charges or provide required information within the carrier’s deadline (typically 24–48 hours after contact) may result in delays, storage fees, return to sender, or abandonment by customs. If these charges are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
