Shipping Location

All orders are shipped directly from India to customers worldwide. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary by brand, product type, destination, and method of delivery. The estimated shipping time for each product is displayed on its respective product page before you place an order. As all products are made-to-order, please allow additional time for production and dispatch.

On average, orders take 5–7 business days to arrive after being shipped from India. These timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to unforeseen delays. Posted shipping times exclude customs processing. Customs inspection and clearance times vary by country and are outside our control.

Change in Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at customercare@shopmrsg.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Custom and Duty Fees
All shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees will be collected by the shipping provider at the time of delivery, and payment is required for customs release.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipment
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team at customercare@shopmrsg.com immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a solution.
