Aashima Behl's ivory ekaa embroidered kaftan is soft ivory tissue with a pearly sheen and almost no visible seams. Tonal beadwork and sequins form a floral motif across the V-neck yoke, and a beaded edge traces the neckline. The front twists into a knot at the waist, pulling the fabric into long folds that fall to an uneven hem with side slits. The sleeves are split open along the arm and edged in beads with fine tassels, and a second beaded motif sits at the back neck. A matching slip comes underneath. Wear it to a sangeet, an Eid or Diwali evening or a festive dinner after the pheras.

All orders ship from India on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), also called Delivered At Place (DAP). This means your checkout total does not include import duties, customs charges and taxes, or carrier brokerage/clearance fees. Your package will not clear customs until these charges are paid.

All imports are subject to import duties and other customs fees as determined by the respective customs authority. These amounts must be paid directly to the carrier before delivery. In all countries, your customs office or the carrier may additionally require information such as a tax ID, identification number, or government-issued ID to clear your shipment. For orders shipping within India, no import duties are applicable.

Customer Responsibilities
- Pay all import duties, taxes, customs-related charges, brokerage/clearance fees, and any storage/handling fees assessed by customs or the carrier.

Delays, Returns & Refusals
Refusal or failure to pay duties/fees or provide required information can cause delays, storage fees, return to sender, or abandonment by customs.

If customs payment is not made within the carrier’s deadline (typically 24–48 hours after contact), the shipment may return to us. All return freight, customs charges, and associated fees will be billed to the customer.

If a shipment is abandoned by customs or returned due to non-payment/insufficient information, the order remains final sale and no refund will be issued for the merchandise. Any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Final Sale
All orders are final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to duties, taxes, or customs processing.
