Our stylist is here to help craft the perfect look, taking your preferences and event details into account. Here’s a simple breakdown of what happens when you book an appointment with our expert stylist:
Pre-Appointment Prep
Once you book the 45-minute appointment, we’ll send you a detailed form to fill out. This form will gather key information about your style preferences, the type of event, and any specific requests. Our stylist will review this in advance and prepare thoughtful questions to further personalize the experience.
Appointment Interaction
During the live appointment, our stylist will ask additional questions to refine your outfit choices. We’ll offer a variety of options that align with your preferences and the event vibe, ensuring you’re dressed to impress with a personalized and polished look.
Post-Appointment Follow-Up
After the appointment, you’ll receive a follow-up email summarizing all the outfit suggestions, complete with links to products from our platform. We’ll also provide additional recommendations, if necessary, to ensure everything is styled perfectly for the event.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary for each item and are indicated on the product page. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays. Posted shipping times cover only production, dispatch, and transit. Posted shipping timeframes exclude customs processing. Customs inspection and clearance times vary by country and are outside our control.
Ready to Ship
Select items or specific sizes labeled as "Ready to Ship" are available for expedited delivery. These pieces will ship within 5-9 business days.

Duties & Customs
All imports are subject to import duties and other customs fees as determined by the respective customs authority. These amounts must be paid directly to the carrier before delivery. In all countries, your customs office or the carrier may additionally require information such as a tax ID, identification number, or government-issued ID to clear your shipment. For orders shipping within India, no import duties are applicable.
Customer Responsibilities
- Pay all import duties, taxes, customs-related charges, brokerage/clearance fees, and any storage/handling fees assessed by customs or the carrier.
- Provide required identification (tax ID or government-issued ID) promptly when requested by customs or the carrier.
- Monitor carrier communications so your shipment can be cleared on time.
Delays, Returns & Refusals
Refusal or failure to pay duties/fees or provide required information can cause delays, storage fees, return to sender, or abandonment by customs.
If customs payment is not made within the carrier’s deadline (typically 24–48 hours after contact), the shipment may return to us. All return freight, customs charges, and associated fees will be billed to the customer.
If a shipment is abandoned by customs or returned due to non-payment/insufficient information, the order remains final sale and no refund will be issued for the merchandise. Any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All orders are final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to duties, taxes, or customs processing.
