In all countries, your customs office or the carrier may additionally require information such as a tax ID, identification number, or government-issued ID to clear your shipment. For orders shipping within India, no import duties are applicable.

Customer Responsibilities
- Pay all import duties, taxes, customs-related charges, brokerage/clearance fees, and any storage/handling fees assessed by customs or the carrier.

Delays, Returns & Refusals
Refusal or failure to pay duties/fees or provide required information can cause delays, storage fees, return to sender, or abandonment by customs.

If customs payment is not made within the carrier’s deadline (typically 24–48 hours after contact), the shipment may return to us. All return freight, customs charges, and associated fees will be billed to the customer.

If a shipment is abandoned by customs or returned due to non-payment/insufficient information, the order remains final sale and no refund will be issued for the merchandise. Any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.
