Tea green tissue silk turns into a halter top and wide-leg flared pants in this co-ord set by Osaa by Adarsh. The halter top is sleeveless, with a center-front opening, zardozi embroidery across the bodice and a scalloped hem, and the back panel is embroidered too. The pants flare from the hip, swing as you walk and end in an embroidered scalloped border at the hem. Zardozi, French knots and aari work make up the embroidery. The top and flared pants suit a mehendi, a haldi, a festive lunch or a cocktail party.

India

All orders ship from India on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), also called Delivered At Place (DAP). This means your checkout total does not include import duties, customs charges and taxes, or carrier brokerage/clearance fees. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier before delivery. Your package will not clear customs until these charges are paid.

All imports are subject to import duties and other customs fees as determined by the respective customs authority. These amounts must be paid directly to the carrier before delivery. In all countries, your customs office or the carrier may additionally require information such as a tax ID, identification number, or government-issued ID to clear your shipment. For orders shipping within India, no import duties are applicable.

Customer Responsibilities
- Pay all import duties, taxes, customs-related charges, brokerage/clearance fees, and any storage/handling fees assessed by customs or the carrier.
- Provide required identification (tax ID or government-issued ID) promptly when requested by customs or the carrier.
- Monitor carrier communications so your shipment can be cleared on time.

Delays, Returns & Refusals
Refusal or failure to pay duties/fees or provide required information can cause delays, storage fees, return to sender, or abandonment by customs.

If customs payment is not made within the carrier’s deadline (typically 24–48 hours after contact), the shipment may return to us. All return freight, customs charges, and associated fees will be billed to the customer.

If a shipment is abandoned by customs or returned due to non-payment/insufficient information, the order remains final sale and no refund will be issued for the merchandise. Any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Final Sale
All orders are final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to duties, taxes, or customs processing.
